4 months ago I got a check engine light on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler rubicon diesel Code showed charging system and exit issues Randomly my car won’t start I would hav to jump it but it’s not the battery Wrangler rubicon diesel Code showed charging system and exit issues Randomly my car won’t start I would hav to jump it but it’s not the battery So I try to make a appointment They tell me I can’t come in till January that’s 3 months from the time I called I couldn’t believe it but okay So I wait 3 months I bring in my vehicle the service adviser Cindy tells me hey it could take up to 5 days To Check it out First if all why did I make a apointment on this date if u can’t look at it on this date. I wait 3 months and u still can’t look at it I didn’t make a big deal I said that’s fine So 5 days go by and I get a text “Hey sorry still waiting on a tech to look at your vehicle. At this point I’m irritated they don’t offer me a loner they just have me Carless for 5 days At this point I get irritated and I let her know I have things to do on the weekend I’ll be coming to pick up my jeep she gives me no apology at all tells me so close out the service on the vehicle at which point I asked her why is it that I made an appointment three months in advance and when I get there you tell me it could take another five days it’s been five days and someone still hasn’t looked at my vehicle this is unacceptable she then tells me she didn’t realize my jeep was a diesel and that they’re running low on diesel mechanics I didn’t ask her OK fine it’s now been three months and five days when can a technician look at my vehicle at this point she tells me plainly she has no idea when a diesel mechanic will be able to To look at my vehicle so I basically wait three months and then when I get there they told me maybe another five days and then after five days they basically tell me they have no diesel mechanics and they have no idea when they’ll be able to look at my vehicle now I’m assedout She’s been referred me to other jeep dealerships my thing is this is Chrysler they sell ram trucks diesel ram trucks and you’re telling me you don’t have a diesel mechanic ridiculous More
Nice people, work was fine, truck went in dirty and came out dirty. Small tear underhood plastic, radiator fill cap left open. Terrible service department. Sent truck for recall and key fob not working.. after 2 days recall complete. I had to call week and 2 days later was told have not begun work on my other issue. That was a Fr key fob not working.. after 2 days recall complete. I had to call week and 2 days later was told have not begun work on my other issue. That was a Friday my wife called again Monday and was told my truck is at body shop for lot damage. I was never called never notified… after several calls trying to figure out what going on they “working on it” call me tomorrow no call all day Wednesday still no call so I had to go to the dealership to talk to the manager.. they ordered a door actuator replaced and then next day my truck was ready… picked up and the next day notice they didn’t put the window trim back properly now I have to go back again. Would recommend anyone avoid this dealer at all cost!!! More
