Had an appointment for Wednesday morning, vehicle not serviced until 2 days later. Repeated calls and texts to service rep went unheeded or disregarded. I am a very long time customer, 20 years, so ! have seen many changes. Some to the good and some have remained the same. I will keep this short. After waiting for my appointed service which took 30 days to obtain, I drove in to try to find out why my check engine came on. This led your mechanical team to a certain part of the vehicle, but found nothing wrong and therefore I was called to pick up the car. I was told the shuttle would be by to pick me up. 3 hrs. later, no shuttle. I than received a call that they had found a problem in the original location, but no part .was available After waiting for 21/2 weeks, the car was finally ready. However I found that your team found the problem way back when the car was being driven up to be released to me after their first diagnoses, nothing was wrong. An error like that could have placed me in harms way if I had picked it up when I was told , nothing was wrong, its ready. We were lucky , but a business can not be run on luck. Agreed? More

Our first visit to this dealership for service was amazing! The staff was friendly and efficient. This time around, not so much. After waiting 2 months for my appt, The intake representative advise amazing! The staff was friendly and efficient. This time around, not so much. After waiting 2 months for my appt, The intake representative advised me I would have to leave my vehicle with them for 4-7 days for assessment. And then I might have to wait weeks more for the work to be done. There was no offer of a replacement rental, not even an offer of a ride somewhere, and at no time was I informed of these delays prior to my appointment. Supposedly, it was due to covid, which seems to be a popular excuse these days. One of the items that was supposed to be addressed was the digital update on my uconnect/phone system. We paid $200 for this update and my phone won’t even connect to my car now. Our calls transfer from uconnect back to our phones in the middle of a conversation and the “911” like message is still popping up on my screen. And that’s when the screen comes on. Because now I have a new issue of the screen not initiating and stays black, which means no radio. We have called three different times and received one returned call, which was in the middle of our wedding and we could not talk. I am so frustrated with this experience and am very disappointed. Hopefully, this review will get someone to reach out and rectify this situation! More

We had to bring our 2016 Dodge Charger in for service because suddenly the trunk would not open. At first the service person said it was probably because we installed a back up camera and that there was because suddenly the trunk would not open. At first the service person said it was probably because we installed a back up camera and that there was probably a short because of a ground wire. I told him that the back up camera had been installed over 6 months ago and it seemed odd to me that "suddenly" the trunk would stop opening now, it did not make any sense. He also said that if that was the case it would not be covered by our warranty and would be an "out of pocket" expense for us, which was upsetting. They said they'd need the car for several days to evaluate it. We got a text towards the end of Day 2 that the car was ready, the problem had nothing to do with the back-up camera, it was a defect with the actual latch for the trunk, they fixed it, it was covered under warranty and the car was ready for pick-up. I was pleased. I just wish the service person hadn't gotten me worried from the get-go. Other than that, my service experience was fine. More
