Tried these guys because the agent on phone said they could get windshield warranty submitted when I brought it in for oil change/tire rotation $177. Got there and they said don’t deal with gorilla glas could get windshield warranty submitted when I brought it in for oil change/tire rotation $177. Got there and they said don’t deal with gorilla glass window warranty. Should have left them but I got the oil change, paid inflated cost and they left my car disassembled when I got my keys back. How could the guy that parked my car when it was supposedly finished not realize they didn’t put it back together? The filter was left out with my box disconnected in plain view. If they leave your car disassembled on an oil change just imagine what they are screwing up on bigger jobs. Definitely will not be returning. More

My first call the tech was ver condescending so I decided I would try a different dealer. I tried driving the Jeep home to Colorado Springs but it broke down right by your dealership so I ended up using you I would try a different dealer. That whole time I had to call if I wanted updates. At the end of it I had to pay online and have a friend pick it up that lives in Denver. When i got the bill I called and left a vm regarding a coupon I have from Jeep that I wanted to use. I never got a call back and never got to save the money using the coupon jeep sent me. I really didn’t like the techs and they always acted like I was bothering when I needed an update. I wouldn’t use this dealership again unless I really needed too. More
