I had found the Jeep I wanted in 3 locations. None were less than a 3 hour drive each way. Destiny not only made the deal I wanted but delivered the Jeep to my front door. Overall the experience was okay. I found my vehicle online using CarGuru. I bought my used toyota at the jeep dealership. My sales person Michael was a pleasure to work with. I didn' I found my vehicle online using CarGuru. I bought my used toyota at the jeep dealership. My sales person Michael was a pleasure to work with. I didn't realize it at the time but one thing that seemed out of line was how quickly they whisked away the sales sheet. The other experience that seemed odd was how irritated the finance person was at how long it took and seemingly incompetent my credit union was. I agree it definitely took the credit union longer than it should have but the AutoNation finance person I was working with Jonathan made me feel very uncomfortable. More

I will never again actually respond to an online review from a jeep dealer. It seems the entire process is not for reviews, but for them to get email addresses and phone numbers to sell More
I drove my *brand new* car away from their lot after dark, and I didn't see a chip in the windshield until the next morning. I called and they said sure, we'll fix it. Weeks go by. They say yes, we'll f dark, and I didn't see a chip in the windshield until the next morning. I called and they said sure, we'll fix it. Weeks go by. They say yes, we'll fix it. The man who was helping me leaves the dealership; now it becomes a huge hassle, because apparently he was the only person who knew about this issue? How is there not a store-wide database? I finally get in touch with the General Manager, Eric. He's resistant at first, but I show him the texts from the salesman and he finally agrees to follow through with their obvious duty to repair or replace my windshield. I wait a few weeks. He says he orders a replacement. I wait several more weeks. He never follows up. I wait. And reach out. He has basically been evading me for MONTHS. I'm so frustrated. They leased me a vehicle with a cracked windshield, said they would solve their issue, and here I am, almost one year later, countless texts, emails, and calls, and they're ignoring me. They keep replying to reviews, saying the management team will reach out. This is just to placate other potential customers. I'm SO TIRED of dealing with this abysmal customer service. -Amy Lorde More
