I scheduled work to be done on my Jeep. I dropped it off at 8am for my scheduled appointment at 9:15am. He said that it would be done by end of day unless a part was needed for electronic throttle. Around 5:30pm I call to find out that the Jeep will not be done and Zach apparently didn’t feel like calling and letting me know this. So next day comes and I assume it will be competed first thing as indicated by Zach. Around 2:30pm I call because I have an appointment at 5pm which I let Zach know when I dropped it off. When I do finally get him on the phone he says their just finishing up and he will be calling me. Around 4pm I call again to find that Zach has left for the day and is off the following day. So this man actually took my only handicap accessible vehicle and didn’t bother to call me one time to let me know what was going on. I am told when I reach service center that my Jeep will be done at 6:20pm. Upon arrival they wanted an additional $200 when they didn’t even replace the parts. I can’t stress how unprofessional and inconsiderate this process was. I was left without my Jeep for 2 full days. The manager Zach was supposed to call me last week but as suspected he did not call. I will NEVER bring my Jeep here again. They didn’t use any floor mats to protect. No seat protectors. Left oil on the door handle and seat. I will never recommend this place for service either. Such an unprofessional experience. More

Been going there for 5 years, this was the last time! !! I took my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked them to look for a rattle, that was possibly my parking brake. They Told me I had incorrect brakes, and I needed to replace rotors/brakes and pads. They were after market parts not the"wrong"parts. The service advisor stated the techs are not used to after market parts and my brakes were fine. The tech also broke my wheel lock key and they made me pay for another set and labor to install them. They didn't fix the rattle, which they stated came from my brakes missing a retaining clip. I brought them all new clips, I paid for labor to have those installed. So 3 days and $500 later I still have a rattle. More

If anything is wrong with the car after the purchase the entire establishment has nothing to do with it, Mopar warranty or not. Upsetting would be an understatement of how I feel about my decision to go to Auto Nation. Very few times have I spent money somewhere then felt as if I was cheated, lied to, and felt as if I may have gotten scammed. More

When I arrived for my service appointment none of the service advisors greeted me. Two of the four weren't on the phone or assisting others; they were busy eating their breakfast burritos. Someone finally acknowledged and helped me and he was pleasant. Service was performed in a timely manner. I don't believe my tires were inflated properly after rotation. Rear tires are to have more air than the front and it is the opposite. The furniture in the service waiting area is extremely dirty and worn and I didn't really want to sit on it. The entire dealership needs a face lift. I realize that doesn't play into whether they provide good service, but it certainly does not give a very good first impression. There are many other dealerships that provide a much nicer experience. I am not sure I will return to this dealership for service in the future. More
