I would refer this dealership because it was a pretty easy process, but I would refer it with a warning. Hunter was AMAZING and really the only saving grace. I would say that almost all of the staff were pretty unfriendly. Not a single person acknowledged us or said hello the whole time we were there unless they had to directly work with us. Not really the experience you want when you have to sit somewhere and wait and there are people all around acting like you’re not there. But Hunter was knowledgeable, friendly and he hustled and made our time there so much better. Overall I love my new car and I would come here again if they had the car I wanted. More

The service department is awful. I just purchased a couple of months ago. Sales is 5+ stars, Service department needs help. I had to call on the 3rd day to get the assigned service manager to notice my ticket was assigned to him. I was treated like I was interfering when I entered the service department. I never had such a bad experience in my life. More

Additionally, the work I asked to be completed on the car via an inspection was not completed to my satisfaction. I would not recommend this dealership. The internals looked close to someone’s garage shop with some specialized equipment. More
