The service department is awful. They fix the problem but it took 4 days to get the key fob batteries changed on my 2022 Compass, my car was filthy when returned with glue from the They fix the problem but it took 4 days to get the key fob batteries changed on my 2022 Compass, my car was filthy when returned with glue from the maintenance tag stuck on the dash, about 6+ inches of unsightly white goo on a black dash board, the key fob wasn't even closed properly, it is still partially open.... I just purchased a couple of months ago. Sales is 5+ stars, Service department needs help. I had to call on the 3rd day to get the assigned service manager to notice my ticket was assigned to him. I was treated like I was interfering when I entered the service department. I never had such a bad experience in my life. More

The service person assigned, Alex was rude and highly non communicative. Given some of the other reviews on this site it seems Alex is a common thread of poor customer service. Additionally, the work I asked to be completed on the car via an inspection was not completed to my satisfaction. I would not recommend this dealership. The internals looked close to someone’s garage shop with some specialized equipment. More

They had my jeep for 5 weeks, did not fix anything. Finally picked it up because I got fed up not having a car. Was suppose to contact me to have me bring it back instead closed the ticket.
