Replaced my engine oil filter housing because it was leaking. I asked to save the old part so I can look at it. Was not saved. I took my vehicle to another repair shop because I had other service schedu leaking. I asked to save the old part so I can look at it. Was not saved. I took my vehicle to another repair shop because I had other service scheduled. Guess what! They said I need an oil filter housing because it has oil leak. I saw a photo of it. So either my part was not replaced in the first place or the technician did a horrendous job cleaning the residual oil. More

My Service rep was Zackarie Perry He was very good to work with. He work hard to keep me informed. It took about 1 month to determine what was wrong with the electrical system that caused the 2 batteri work with. He work hard to keep me informed. It took about 1 month to determine what was wrong with the electrical system that caused the 2 batteries to drain overnight. When local techs could not determine what the cause it was kicked up to corporate to assist in identifying the problem. Again Zack was great through entire process. Only reason for less than 5 stars is the amount of time it took to resolve. More
