I was on vacation in Denver from Georgia. My check engine light came on during my drive out. I called on a Tuesday, explained my situation and was told I could bring the jeep in on Wednesday My check engine light came on during my drive out. I received a call from a different person and was told the soonest they could work on it was Friday. I explained the vacation and stranded without a vehicle to no avail. Friday afternoon cane and I received a call that my jeep wouldn't be looked at until Monday. I had to rent a car for the weekend. Out $300for the car rental with no sympathy from the dealership. When I did pick it up, they forgot to latch the hood, my bad for not checking. I almost had an accident driving away. The dealership always does good work, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I'm glad I won't be back More

I used this dealership to buy my first car. Everyone involved in the process was attentive, upfront and responded quickly. I went online to schedule an oil and filter change and tire rotation at 10AM. My truck did not go up on the lift until almost one hour later. Then 40 minutes later i see my truck in the lot. Five minutes later the service tech says they are going to wash it. The truck never left the spot or got washed. Confirmed this by rolling down my windows to see if they would get wet. Bone dry and i had dried rain drops from the night before on the truck. If you are going to accept reservations then honor that and don't waste my time too. I left the dealership two hours after what should have been 45 minutes. More

Our sale associate was awesome. She did everything to get us the vehicle we wanted. However, we're a but skeptical of the tow package the dealership claims to be putting on the car. Our 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited has only a 3500 lbs tow capacity (no tow package from the factory). The dealership said that the hitch they are putting on will give it the 6200 capacity rating. But the factory tow package has a larger radiator (which the dealer is taking care of), a larger alternator (which the dealer said we already have...which is NOT true), and load-leveling suspension (which the dealer said our model has...which is NOT true). The tow package from the factory is $795. The dealer is charging us $2200!! Will they make good on this? I'm hopeful. Rating will change based on how this plays out. More

I already had a $1000 deposit on a similar truck at Johnson's Auto Plaza but due to the fact the truck @ Johnson's was not on their lot for almost a month I jumped @ Jacks offer. Because of this option Jack offered me I made the purchase at Autonation and told Johnson's to refund my deposit. This is known as CUSTOMER SERVICE. this is the second vehicle I purchased from Autonation and because of Jack it won't be the last. thanks to everyone there for a great experience. More
