Worst possible warranty service interaction ever. Tried to charge a diagnostic fee for a warranty repair. Then when I sent in to pick the Jeep up, the air filtration system was apart laying on the passenger side floor. I had to reassemble the filter system myself. Never will I do near this place again! This was not my first time to Auto Nation Chrysler Jeep and it sure won't be my last! Every visit I've always felt welcomed, with no pressure. I had the pleasure of meeting "Q" (my salesman on this most recent visit) for the first time. "Q" was OUTSTANDING! Friendly, informative, knowledgeable, energetic, dedicated to being a professional and above all honest. The sales experience was top notch and I thank "Q" for being so dedicated to his passion of well over 30 years because it made my experience one of the best. My finance experience with Chris was also top notch! When I meet Chris we shook hands introduced ourselves and that is where the "usual" stopped. Chris is welcoming, and intelligent as a good finance person should be but Chris also took the time to get to know me and it didn't feel like forced banter or small talk that is trained. Chris wanted to ensure my best interest was in mind and at the end of the negotiations I felt that was accomplished and it wasn't just customer gouging. He even attained a lower interest rate for me! What more could you ask for?? At the end of the day I walked out of the dealership with a smile from ear to ear. Not only did I have an amazing new Rubicon but an incredible buying experience to boot! If you go anywhere else for your Jeep needs you simply messed up! After dropping off my Jeep (that I bought used from the dealership 60-days prior) for repairs, I was told "the garage was backed up". If I took my car back, I'd lose my place in line. They claimed that no cars were available to loan out in the meantime. It was a week before a mechanic looked at my car and another week before it was fixed. The only reason there is one start is that they did not hassle me very much on covering the repairs under warranty. My car, though, is not completely fixed. The rear gate does not close properly - which they were originally not going to fix. After they attempted to fix it, it was determined to be a part failure - a part that is not in stock. I'm driving my Jeep with back gate strapped closed. When they suggested I fill out a google review, they gave a phone number to call to try to work things out first - the phone number is disconnected. More

My husband and I have had nothing but great experiences with this dealership. Harlow in the service department especially has been very helpful both times I have gone in to get my oil changed.
