My husband and I have had nothing but great experiences with this dealership. Harlow in the service department especially has been very helpful both times I have gone in to get my oil changed. I work night with this dealership. Harlow in the service department especially has been very helpful both times I have gone in to get my oil changed. I work night shift and had to bring my toddler with me this recent time and I couldn’t thank Harlow enough for trying to get my car in and out as fast as they could even though they were backed up that morning. They provide great customer service but when you have an appointment it still takes a couple days for them to even look at your vehicle for diagnosis.
