Don't buy a car from these guys, they will deceive you,not tell you the truth, and flat out lie to you. When you try to call and get the issue resolved they will not answer the phone or fail to return you,not tell you the truth, and flat out lie to you. I also had a neighbor who bought a hybrid from another dealer and it had problems, left her stranded with her kids on the highway multiple times. It took way too many trips in to be fixed, but never was fixed right. I would break down again. Finally they got it running and she went immediately to a different dealer (NOT Autonation) and traded it in on another vehicle. So in closing STAY AWAY from this dealership! More

Discovered the rear axle seal leaking on a Wednesday and made an appointment for the following Monday to have the technician look at it. I finally called after a day and a half only to be told my car wouldn made an appointment for the following Monday to have the technician look at it. After looking at the vehicle I was told that the part needed to fix it would not be available for 2 months. The leaking rear axle seal is a common problem with this vehicle. While I understand it can be difficult to get parts the frustrating part is being without a car for 3 days after getting an appointment. Although the car is drivable, in this condition it I have had to limit my driving to prevent brake pad contamination. This is extremely disappointing considering the vehicle has less than 2500 miles on it. More
