It's somewhat common knowledge that now is not the best time in the work to buy a car. In my state (Washington), cars are selling for $15-20k over sticker without a moment's hesitation and it doesn't seem time in the work to buy a car. I've wanted a Wrangler for over 10 years now but could never really justify owning one for one reason or another, until the 4xe came out. In late January I reached out to a few dealers near me about ordering a 4xe and each one had a minimum of $5k market adjustment plus a 6-8 month wait time. In looking at various Autonation inventories on their website, I came across a vehicle that was almost exactly like what I wanted to order, so I reached out and the next morning had a text from Keith saying that it was sold, but we can order you one. Called him up, worked out the details, and 2 days later my order was locked. Cut to a month and a half later, I text him asking if I can change 1 thing and he surprises me with a "your car is already in production!" which was a shock, but in the best way. A few short weeks later, and the vehicle was shipped to the Autonation dealer by me and everything was ready to go. Between Kieth in Sales, and Gus in finance, this entire process could not have gone any better and the fact that the car was ordered in early February and arrived in early April is incredible given the market conditions we're currently in. I spent 8 years of my life in the car biz and this is the 9th new car I've purchased in 10 years, and this has to be the easiest transaction I've personally encountered and I will happily say that More

Scheduled a service appointment over a month out. Got there on Thursday 7am, and was told they could might be able to look at it on Monday. Single dad, 2 kids, work, and activities. That is assuming workndone on same day the diagnose...which wasn't necessary, as i told them exactly what needed fixed. Excuse was that they are short staffed. Maybe a better idea would be to not schedule so many appointments. More
Charged me for an oil change. Told me I did not have the service maintenance package after my car was already in the bay being serviced. No phone call back and no refund! More
2018 - JK 2 dr, 14K miles, original owner. My wife took in our jeep to get the oil changed on 3/7/22 and met with the Service Advisor (and Assistant Service Manager) - Zackarie Perry. When I picked the jeep up, I asked (very specifically) if this is the same oil change I'd been getting previously via Jeep Wave, seemed a bit higher than expected and not consistent with the "maintenance mailings" I get quite often with $40 oil changes. Without looking, he said "yes, of course". I challenged that and he said it was the same. So...I went home and pulled the receipts from the two previous oil changes ...it WASN'T the same. At a "provable" minimum, he had added in the "add-on - Motor oil Treatment" for $20. Of course my wife had no idea he was "adding - on" treatments, that she would have declined if asked. So...you get two stars Mr. Perry, for flat out answering to my face without checking the facts and for what appears to be you taking advantage of a women walking into the dealership, upselling services. The final poor nit was the "reminder" sticker was on the floor of the jeep when I got in to go home...it was the old one. Took it in to Mr. Perry and asked about it...I had to ask for a new one and he seemed put out that I'd ask for it. Didn't really appreciate the lack of attention to detail. I think Jeep could have done it better, especially since I bought it there. More
