2018 - JK 2 dr, 14K miles, original owner. My wife took in our jeep to get the oil changed on 3/7/22 and met with the Service Advisor (and Assistant Service Manager) - Zackarie Perry. When I picked the jeep up, I asked (very specifically) if this is the same oil change I'd been getting previously via Jeep Wave, seemed a bit higher than expected and not consistent with the "maintenance mailings" I get quite often with $40 oil changes. Without looking, he said "yes, of course". I challenged that and he said it was the same. So...I went home and pulled the receipts from the two previous oil changes ...it WASN'T the same. At a "provable" minimum, he had added in the "add-on - Motor oil Treatment" for $20. Of course my wife had no idea he was "adding - on" treatments, that she would have declined if asked. So...you get two stars Mr. Perry, for flat out answering to my face without checking the facts and for what appears to be you taking advantage of a women walking into the dealership, upselling services. The final poor nit was the "reminder" sticker was on the floor of the jeep when I got in to go home...it was the old one. Took it in to Mr. Perry and asked about it...I had to ask for a new one and he seemed put out that I'd ask for it. Didn't really appreciate the lack of attention to detail. I think Jeep could have done it better, especially since I bought it there. More
Called to schedule an appointment on a "check engine" light and a message that said "Four wheel drive may be unavailable". Was surprised they offered next day but I said 3 days later would be fine. I asked if I could drop it off Thursday and have them start on it first thing Friday. I dropped the car off Thursday night and left a note to be called with an estimate. At 1:30 on Friday I called and the person said that he was "trying" to get my car in but because it was a diagnostic it was low priority and they probably wouldn't even look at it until Tuesday. I was shocked if you can't see it till Tuesday schedule the appointment for Tuesday. It's not easy for me to bring in my car and get a ride home. I am in the process of trading in 2 cars: a 2004 Ford Explorer SporTrac and a 2010 Mustang and was planning on purchasing 2 newer cars in the next 90 days. Your Dealership will no longer be on the list of places I will shop for those cars. More

I had initially ordered my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4XE with another dealership a while back and it was just taking way too long with the order to arrive. I decided to ultimately stop near by dealerships just t another dealership a while back and it was just taking way too long with the order to arrive. I decided to ultimately stop near by dealerships just to check out the inventory they have since not all of the 4XE's are online on the websites right now. Travis Houston was our salesperson and he was awesome! Full of energy and he knows the ins and outs of all the vehicles there. He would not quit till the end to make a deal with us. He was not pushy nor trying to persuade us to sign at any point if we did not feel comfortable. Travis and the management did a great job giving me an awesome deal for our brand new Rubicon 4XE and I could not be more happy! More
