The warranty work was done with an inspection. The service department fellow was not particularly friendly and I had to ask for the inspection as noted by the warranty letter. Went in for service on my vehicle- oil change and overall call inspection. No information was provides to me on updates of the vehicle (had it for over 5 days), called multiple times only to be told we will call inspection. No information was provides to me on updates of the vehicle (had it for over 5 days), called multiple times only to be told we will call you right back (never did), and when I finally called and was told my vehicle was ready, it wasn’t and had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the car. Overall not happy with service to the point I have made another appointment to get the car looked at cuz I don’t trust them. Will never use again, even if that means traveling farther to another dealership. No one was friendly and everyone tHere seemed to be annoyed that I brought my vehicle in. No worries.
