I understand the times but when you make an appointment 1 week away, then when you get there you should not be told they will not be able to get to the car until tomorrow. why make an appointment. They got us in quite fast. Did a excellent job. My only complaint was they didn’t have a loaner car for us to Israel so we had to get a rental. But they kept us informed and we Did a excellent job.
