The customer service here was awful! They told me an appt time doesn’t matter and only holds your spot for the day. I called twice for an update and they kept saying your car was being seen, come to find out each person was lying, it was four hours past my appt time and my car still hadn’t been seen and I hadn’t gotten the first update from them. I asked if they could update me so I should know if I’ll have my car back today or tomorrow and still nothing. My husband even called and left a message with the manager and no call back. Overall terrible experience and taking my vehicle elsewhere. More

When my wife and I came in Saturday, we did not know of we would be able to get what we wanted. Although we did not get the offer on our trade that we wanted, we still was able to get the jeep my wife want we would be able to get what we wanted.
