When my wife and I came in Saturday, we did not know of we would be able to get what we wanted. The customer service here was awful! They told me an appt time doesn’t matter and only holds your spot for the day. I called twice for an update and they kept saying your car was being seen, come to find out each person was lying, it was four hours past my appt time and my car still hadn’t been seen and I hadn’t gotten the first update from them. I asked if they could update me so I should know if I’ll have my car back today or tomorrow and still nothing. My husband even called and left a message with the manager and no call back. Overall terrible experience and taking my vehicle elsewhere. More

We went on one of the snow days. We emailed about the car, received a phone call shortly from our sales associate to set up a test drive and answer any questions I had about the car. When we decided to move forward with the purchase of the car, the sales team were very open and answered any and all questions we had about the process. When we did the signing our representative was communitive, knowledgeable, and personable with all the questions that we had for the financial options. I will be returning and working with that sales team for future purchases. Well done! More
