Had appointment for struts on my 2016 Cherokee dropped it off Monday, they called late Monday said they only had one of the parts and it wouldn't be finished until Tuesday. So took it back of Tuesday morning off Monday, they called late Monday said they only had one of the parts and it wouldn't be finished until Tuesday. So took it back of Tuesday morning. I never heard from them all day and left messages for them to call me but never heard from them. So I went to the dealer after work when I was told the mechanic didn't get to my car. So I took my car because they wouldn't supply a loaner car. Took it back Wednesday morning dropped it off, again I never got a call back all day and was never able to reach the service agent. I finally got ahold of the agent and he said it was done. So I was able to pick up my car. The only real bad thing I would say is they need to make sure they always contact the customer and if they tell you your car will be done on that day get it done or call the customer and let them know ahead of time ... don't leave them hanging More

This was the worst car experience of my life. I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance to address an electrical problem with the drivers seat. I dropped off my Jeep at the appointed time on Friday morni an appointment 3 weeks in advance to address an electrical problem with the drivers seat. I dropped off my Jeep at the appointed time on Friday morning. Friday afternoon Justin called ad told me they were "really busy" and they would get to my Jeep in Saturday. "Really busy"? then why did I have to make an appointment 3 weeks in advance? Saturday Justin called and told me they still hadn't gotten around to fixing my Jeep and would need to keep it until Monday, but that it would be ready then. I got another call Monday morning letting me know that they had finally found the problem - a bad battery. It would take a couple of hours to replace and my car should be ready that afternoon. No one called Monday and my Jeep was finally ready late Tuesday morning. I asked Justin why it took 5 days to find the problem and replace the battery. He had no answer. This tells me that your people are either incompetent, lazy or both. You have certainly lost my business forever. More
