Staff was informative and friendly. Explained what was being done and approximately how long it would take to complete. Communication from the service area was terrible! I dropped off the Pacifica at 7:30 am on Wednesday morning and was told I would receive a call from the service representative later that day. At 4:30 pm had not been contacted- tried to contact the service department- next to impossible. Finally connected and was told they couldn’t figure out the problem but that Simeon would call Thursday with more information. Of course the service representative did NOT call and the ridicules phone system had to be navigated again - it is extremely frustrating. The problem (auto on/ off) was fixed - I suspect the lack of service & responsiveness is tied to the fact the work was covered by warranty. The Pacifica sat there for 2 full work days - no communication initiated from the service representative Terrible customer service! More
