They also advised of brakes being needing to be replaced and that was addressed quickly. More
I worked with Jacleen and everything about the service was fantastic. She communicated very clearly with me about what the right services were and helped answer all of my questions. was fantastic. Maybe I just took my Jeep in during a very busy time, but I was surprised that making an appointment does not really put you in a better position than a walk in. I made an appointment for a check engine light and scheduled a 1-3 day period where I would be without my car. But when I dropped off the car, I was told it would be 1-2 days before they would even look at it. I need my car (we all do) so I left it. Two days later, no call or text from the dealership. My calls to the dealership landed on voice mail. Eventually I just went and got my Jeep back. Maybe they were so busy with satisfied customers that they couldn't call me back. Maybe they are understtaffed. Maybe Jeeps just have lots of problems. Any way, I was disappointed that AutoNation is just like all the other Denver area Jeep dealerships-unresponsive, uncaring, and too busy to care about service. Guess I'll have to look outside of Jeep dealers for service. It doesn't have to be this way-just across Arapahoe St, Groove Mazda spoils my wife with attention, advice, and quality service. They honor appointments and get your vehicle serviced quickly. I'm not angry with this dealer, just very disappointed. I really needed my Jeep fixed but now I'm driving it with an engine light that won't stay cleared. I hope I'm not damaging my vehicle. More
The service department does good work. My vehicle was ready when promised this time, although that is often not the case. The price equaled the estimate they gave me. However, I dinged My vehicle was ready when promised this time, although that is often not the case. The price equaled the estimate they gave me. However, I dinged them one star because it is almost impossible to get someone on the phone when you want to check the status of your vehicle. In fact their phone system goes through the same prompts twice - (Press 1 for Recalls, 2 to schedule, 3 to check status). The first time you press three it then repeats the menu. Why does it have to repeat it twice? When you press 3 on round two it typically goes to the voice mail of someone that I didn't recognize. Took me almost an hour to reach a person and then I was immediately placed on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and tried again. They need a better system to check vehicle status. One other thing. Several times when I made an appointment for service they don't get to it on the day scheduled. This time I was told to bring it in on Monday night and they would get to it early Tuesday. When I finally reached someone at 3pm they hadn't started on it. I think if I hadn't called it would not have been serviced on Tuesday. More
Had to take it in twice. First time charged 650 for throttle part and they claimed it wasn’t under warranty. The exact same thing happened later that night. Really unsafe to First time charged 650 for throttle part and they claimed it wasn’t under warranty. The exact same thing happened later that night. Really unsafe to give it back with this stall out issue. The second time it was covered which it probably was all along and I paid 650 for nothing. More
