The actual car service performed was standard. 4 stars for that. My only complaint on service side was I told it would take two days but they acknowledged they didn’t even look at the vehicle unti 4 stars for that. The attitude of one staff members is enough to make going back not worth dealing with his arrogant attitude. So, 1 star for Alec (Alexander) in the Service Dept who has an attitude that needs adjustment and he should not be on the customer facing side until that occurs. When he with an update called and then texted “This is Alec from Jeep! We looked over the vehicle. Ordered parts... they will be here tomorrow - Alexander”. That’s it. So I called to see if we were still on track and when to plan for getting the car back. Immediately he had an attitude. Told me in his best irritated and condescending voice “I left you a detailed message” (it had not come through yet from the AT&T so I didn’t have a message yet). The ‘detailed VM’ I later listened to when it came through and all that was mentioned was about one of four things actually being looked at with no explanation other than a part was ordered, there was no mention of what issue this correlating part was for. So, not having this “not so detailed info” yet anyway as it was the VM which had not come through, I asked when I called about what they found (it was in for an oil change, some recalls, and a few other things), and get grumbled about having to go back to the computer to see because he already walked away from it and said… “I wasn’t expecting to be GRILLED”. I guess asking what they found was wrong was grilling to him. Lol (His idea of grilling, any consumers idea of a normal question). When I called the next day to see if it would be done by end of day so I could make arrangements I got the same irritated, put out attitude with “we already left a message”. If you have that big of a chip on your shoulder when a customer calls (regardless if you texted or left a VM) , you shouldn’t be customer facing or the one making those call outs. Dealing with Alec is unimpressive. When I hung up I actually laughed at the immaturity of his attitude. The nerve of me wanting to know what issues they found with my vehicle. Lol. Hopefully management takes not and corrects course. More

I'm writing to give five-star kudos to Ronnie Alberty at AutoNation Arapahoe. My SRT was smelling of rubber which means a problem with the belts. And I noticed that the heat indicator kept vacillating. My first concern was a water pump. I didn't have an appointment and was leaving town for work. When I got home, I needed the car to get to the Western Slope the following day, and I didn't want to blow up that incredible engine. Ronnie greeted me at 7:30a at the door - without an appointment! He told me that they see 80 to 90 cars per day! But if there was a cancellation and I could leave my vehicle, he'd work to fit me in. Then he did the unexpected and gave me his cell phone number! The team had it back to me in a couple of days, and it's running like a top. During the time they had the Jeep, Ronnie stayed in touch to keep me informed. That is great service. More
Well after waiting 2 hours for an oil change I went to check only to find they hadn't started because my keys were "missplaced" they made up for it by providing the service for free. I'd also like to add I attempted to buy a jeep from them about a year ago, when I was told it was in I sold my truck and went to pick it up only to find it had never been delivered and after nearly a month of "wheres my jeep"? I got my deposit back and got one from Faricy boys in the springs. They're great! well worth the 45 minute drive to avoid this place! 😀 More
