AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe - Service Center

I took my Jeep in for some warranty work. They completed the work with high quality and honored the warranty. I was pleased with the service. The service agent, Henry, did a fine job. Two improvement suggestions would be 1) I had an appointment that I made online for a Monday morning and did not get my Jeep back until late Friday afternoon; looking at my Jeep the first day of appointment would expedite the process as my Jeep was not looked at until that Wednesday (Day 3). 2) I had another non-warranty item I had asked to be looked at, and they were not able to get to it, so I will have to revisit that next time; having my Jeep for five days it would be helpful to review all items requested. Went in for a routine oil change and an inspection for a mechanical issue to be diagnosed. Was told that it would take a day to do. Service center/rep would not return my calls or give me an update. I had to have the Sales Department physically walk my information over to the Service Center to finally receive a call back. Car was in the shop for 4 days and they still did not perform the oil change correctly - my service light is still on. Was also told that my mechanical issue would be covered by my warranty; however, I am still waiting for someone from the Service Center to confirm and get this repair scheduled. More

In the past I have avoided taking my vehicles back to the dealership, but the AutoNation off of Arapahoe is an exception. I have enjoyed talking to every staff member on every visit and they have always done dealership, but the AutoNation off of Arapahoe is an exception. I made an appointment for service and dropped off my van that was having a few minor issues. It took FIVE buseinss days to get an answer and a quote for the work. Not five days to have the work done, 5 days that was having a few minor issues. It took FIVE buseinss days to get an answer and a quote for the work. I do not understand why they take service appointments if there is no one to actually look at the vehicle, I was without a vehicle for 5 days and had no idea when I'd get it back. I called multiple times a day and texted multiple times. It took 4 days just to get someone to say "a tech is looking at it today." Then I didn't get an answer that day! The work it needed was mostly a software update. More
