Went in for my scheduled oil change. The guys in automotive were very helpful, explained everything to me and kept me updated on the progress. I was going to get a tire rotation as wel The guys in automotive were very helpful, explained everything to me and kept me updated on the progress. I was going to get a tire rotation as well but my tire lock was not found in my car. They notified me and replaced the lock for me which was wonderful, if I had a flat and no lock I would not have been able to fix it. I waited at the dealership and was surprised how quickly they got me on my way! They are amazing and I love doing business there, it is the only place I go because I know I get quality work for an affordable price! More

FIND SOMEONE ELSE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO INSULT YOU. 0 COMMUNICATION. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO YOUR FACE AND OVER THE PHONE. HOLD YOUR VEHICLE LONGER THAN THEY TELL YOU. CHANGE THEIR ESTIMATES ON PRICING. THEY WILL RETURN THE VEHICLE WITHOUT FIXING PROBLEMS, AND THEY WILL CAUSE MORE PROBLEMS FOR YOU AND YOUR VEHICLE.
