Dropped car of on a Friday morning and was told it would done on the following Monday. Never got a call or anything. tried calling them and kept getting the answering machine. Left messages and still never done on the following Monday. Never got a call or anything. tried calling them and kept getting the answering machine. Left messages and still never heard back. Finally called the scheduling department and they got me in touch with the service department. This was like on the next Friday and was told if should be ready by end of day this Monday but still no call. Finally got a text late Tuesday. Tried to call to pay over the phone so our daughter could pick it up for us but still couldn't reach anybody. Had our car for 12 days and was never called once. More

Horrible communication and experience. Held car two days past the time they said they would. At they never communicated it would take two days. Bring my jeep for a recall and it is returned without the hybrid system working, dealership did not ever check their work. I come back the week after and they say there is another recall and need to install hybrid system working, dealership did not ever check their work. I come back the week after and they say there is another recall and need to install a part that is on backorder. 2 months later, they do not have the part and my hybrid jeep is broken only working with gas now. They do not even know when the part will be delivered. I do not think they even care. Worst service ever. More
