We had an appointment for an oil change, it took an hour and a half. The waiting room was jammed, dark and awful. An oil change should not take that long. I was getting a sporadic CEL P06DD (2012 JGC with 115k) and all dealerships in the metro area were booked out. I have been getting ready for a trip and was nervous about driving it a long distance. Last we and all dealerships in the metro area were booked out. I have been getting ready for a trip and was nervous about driving it a long distance. Last week, the light finally stayed on long enough to take it in; service was booked out and service advisor said if I could leave the vehicle they would try to look when a tech became available, but he warned without an appointment, they would do their best. Advisor called the next day, said a tech became free, diagnosed a bad oil pump, he had called MOPAR MAXCARE, part was ordered and everything was fully covered. A few days later, I got a call that the vehicle was repaired and ready to go. Highly recommend MOPAR MAXCARE and the dealership provided great service and communications throughout the repair. More

I took my jeep in for potential warranty work. As it turned out, they determined that I didn't need that work done, so their honesty was much appreciated. It took until the following day for my jeep to be looked at, so I was out of a vehicle for 2 days verses a few hours. More
Had to get a new key for our Pacifica van. Scheduled a time and it was done within the time they quoted me. People were very helpful and friendly. Only complaint is it took five days to schedule an appointment, then even with an appointment it still took over a week just to diagnose my car. Took my Jeep to get serviced and when I got it home it was leaking oil all over my garage. I called to tell them and they made me wait for a tow truck to show up 3 hrs later and take my Jeep back to their was leaking oil all over my garage. I called to tell them and they made me wait for a tow truck to show up 3 hrs later and take my Jeep back to their dealership. They semi fixed it but my Jeep is still leaking oil! It wasn’t leaking prior to taking it to this place. Don’t trust this service department at all and won’t use them again! More
If it was possible to score lower than 1 star I would. Unfortunately AutoNation's customer service has been deteriorating since I purchased my Jeep in 2020. This was an egregious example of that. My car went into limp mode and had no power accelerating on to the highway, I immediately called for an appointment and was told the earliest anyone could get me in in the Denver Metro area was three weeks later. I confirmed the appointment twice, with instructions that I wanted a diagnostic completed because this was not the first issue I've had. I was told I had a confirmed tech, for a confirmed appointment time of 830am. When I arrived I was checked in and told that appointment times are not "real" they are a guideline for check ins. Then I was told that technicians are not able to be scheduled "but when someone becomes available they can come check out the car." After two hours I went back to check in - see if there was any update. No luck. Another two hours goes by... no luck. The person checking me said "You could actually wait here all day and not have anyone become available" So I asked - "What happens if I wait here for 8 hours and no one comes?" He responded "Well you can just come back tomorrow." I told him I live two hours away, and confirmed this appointment twice for a simple diagnostic how is it possible to not have someone available? He shrugged and said that's just how it works. After 7 hours of waiting - the person who checked me in came to get me, he proceeded to plug a code reader into my vehicle and tell me there were no errors. We went on a test drive and nothing happened, so I asked was a tech available now to do the diagnostic? He replied "Oh a tech isn't coming, and since there are no errors there is nothing we can do." Dumbfounded I asked "what happens when my car shuts off on the side of the highway again?" He replies "Well you can just tow it in." Through all of this not a single person checked in with me in the waiting room. Gave updates. Proactively gave any type of customer service. Due to this situation I will be trading in my vehicle and going with a different manufacturer and dealership and will never do business with AutoNation again. More
