I worked with AJ and he was a class act! However, my only big complaint is that I scheduled my appointment nearly 3 weeks in advance being lead to believe that my jeep would be serviced on However, my only big complaint is that I scheduled my appointment nearly 3 weeks in advance being lead to believe that my jeep would be serviced on that particular date and time. Upon arrival, suddenly they tell me they can't get around to taking care of my jeep (or complete) until 3 days later. Now I had to scramble to find a ride home since I live on the other side of town and they don't commute beyond five miles. I get it, you're short staffed like everyone else, but please make that clear way ahead of time so your customers can plan accordingly!!! Your Golden location has always had the same day turnaround and have never lead me astray. Please fix this communication problem, otherwise, I'd say don't take your vehicle here if you need faster turnaround. More

Took my car in for oil change for a 7am appt. Decided to do the 10,000 mile service also. Mentioned that a floor mat had come loose in the back and could they check on it. Received initial text for ability to communicate directly with the service tech at 7:30am. Then nothing else. Around 12:00 I texted to ask the status and nothing. I then called and was told the tech would call me back. Around 1:30 I received a text indicating sorry for the delay and that he was checking the status. Then I received a text that the car should be done 3:30-4 and that I’d get a phone call. At 3:45 I had not received anything and so I texted to say I was on my way. I then received a text saying they couldn’t fix the mat that a part was ordered. So basically it took 9 hours for the 10,000 service with oil change. More
