My recent experience with AutoNation Jeep Arapahoe was extremely poor. I doubt the dealership cares but here is why I am providing a low rating. I originally brought my Jeep in Friday morning. I waited approx. 2 hrs for a shuttle ride when I was told it would be 30 mins. The dealership had my jeep all day to cover a warranty item that I shared was already diagnosed by another service center (All paperwork and codes provided). I was told around noon they would file a claim against my Platinum Warranty pkg that I had through AutoNation. I was updated at 2pm and 3:30pm the warranty approval was still pending approve. Lets be honest, with a Platinum Warranty Coverage on a KNOWN JEEP Bulletin about the issue should and would have be covered. Why the Service Writer didn't take this to their Manager for approval to move forward to get my Jeep done same day is a head scratcher. However, my experience gets better. After some back and forth, I was asked to bring my car back on Monday morning as they were already full of service work on Saturday. I agreed that I would come pick up the vehicle and asked for a shuttle ride. I waited over an hour with no pickup, so I had to walk to the dealership. Service Writer apologized, which I appreciated. He shared that when I bring my vehicle back in on Monday that he will be sure to coordinate the shuttle, so I didn't have to walk. I brought my vehicle in as requested at 7AM on Monday. I checked in with another service writer based on their process. After check-in, I shared I needed a ride to my office building. He stated their shuttle driver called out, so I would have to walk. Wow....nice service you offer your customers for bringing their vehicle to your dealership for service. I doubt the dealership or their Service GM will care about this review. More
I was originally told my vehicle repair would be finished in one day. When I dropped my car off I was told the tech needed to diagnose the issue wouldn’t be in for 3 days but I had to leave my car with them in one day. The repair for an engine seal took 6 days to be completed. I asked for a loaner car and was told they only did rentals and they were out of rentals. Taking care of customers seems to be a thing of the past for the large dealers. More

I already submitted a detailed review to the Corporate Office. Interesting to see if I get any response??? The new Service Manager has his hands full as he attempts to revamp the front desk to the back en Office. Interesting to see if I get any response??? I took my Jeep in for a legacy Pentastar motor issue that another entity tried twice to resolve. I was strung along with the effort being put into resolving my issue and after 33 days and no resolution that another entity tried twice to resolve. I was strung along with the effort being put into resolving my issue and after 33 days and no resolution I had to pull my Jeep from this dealership. The unprofessionalism by AJ not being forthcoming with the effort and progress was disappointing to say the least. After 2 weeks and no progress I involved Justin the SD but I still received similar excuses. Once a tech actually spent time on my vehicle I was reminded “I can’t do work for free”, even though a diagnosis still hadnt been made. I opened a case with Mopar to get financial assistance and that was a joke. I involved the GM but was still reminded that they had other vehicles to work on, even though mine had prob been there the longest and had the highest priority. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled, by all involved. I will never buy a Jeep again, and I would certainly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else for repair if possible. More
As usual I had another wonderful experience at the AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe! I had to drop my Jeep off after hours and it was great to hear from Zach, the awesome service provider, in the mor AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe! I had to drop my Jeep off after hours and it was great to hear from Zach, the awesome service provider, in the morning confirming they got my Jeep checked in and they were starting to work on it. I was getting my front and rear diff fluid changed and an oil change. Zach did an excellent job staying in contact with me about my Jeep! When they were working on my Jeep they found something that needed repaired, Zach got a hold of me, explained what the issue was, gave me a fair quote and had that part fixed! It’s so nice to work with someone who is kind and honest! When I picked my Jeep up Zach was busy but AJ quickly assisted me! Both Zach and AJ have exceptional customer service skills and make the whole experience with servicing my Jeep stress and hassle free! Another gentleman quickly got my Jeep pulled up to the front so I could have an easy exit! My Jeep looked brand new!! And it drove so smoothly! Thanks to the whole team at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe!! More

By looking at some of the previous reviews, I think that you know that the service at this dealership is one of the WORST I have ever dealt with. My Jeep was towed in on a Monday & preliminary diagnosis wa you know that the service at this dealership is one of the WORST I have ever dealt with. My Jeep was towed in on a Monday & preliminary diagnosis was one thing & then another & after 6 days, the vehicle was finally ready to be picked up. The technicians were obviously not well trained! I will not recommend this dealership for anything in the future!! Very sad that you cannot get decent knowledgeable help!!! More
