Had an appointment to get my oil changed on tuesday. They said it would take 4 days. I asked what the appointment ws for. They said just to check in. I left the car and called back in 4 days. Discovered the rear axle seal leaking on a Wednesday and made an appointment for the following Monday to have the technician look at it. After looking at the vehicle I was told that the part needed to fix it would not be available for 2 months. The leaking rear axle seal is a common problem with this vehicle. While I understand it can be difficult to get parts the frustrating part is being without a car for 3 days after getting an appointment. Although the car is drivable, in this condition it I have had to limit my driving to prevent brake pad contamination. This is extremely disappointing considering the vehicle has less than 2500 miles on it. More
