Harlow saved the day once again! I pullled up to the service department with no appointment but a big emergency! My rubicon was leaking coolant in a bad way. He didn’t know if it would be done that same day and her is my second emergency, I had all of my doors off and the top, and it was supposed to snow 8 inches the next day!!! They replaced a leaking valve gasket that was covered under my extended warranty and found the cause of a buzzing sound in the engine area. The sound was a evaporation hose which they secured. Then when I sent in to pick the Jeep up, the air filtration system was apart laying on the passenger side floor. I had to reassemble the filter system myself. Never will I do near this place again! After dropping off my Jeep (that I bought used from the dealership 60-days prior) for repairs, I was told "the garage was backed up". If I took my car back, I'd lose my place in line. The only reason there is one start is that they did not hassle me very much on covering the repairs under warranty. My car, though, is not completely fixed. The rear gate does not close properly - which they were originally not going to fix. After they attempted to fix it, it was determined to be a part failure - a part that is not in stock. I'm driving my Jeep with back gate strapped closed. When they suggested I fill out a google review, they gave a phone number to call to try to work things out first - the phone number is disconnected. More
