Scheduled a service appointment over a month out. Got there on Thursday 7am, and was told they could might be able to look at it on Monday. Single dad, 2 kids, work, and activities. That is assuming workndone on same day the diagnose...which wasn't necessary, as i told them exactly what needed fixed. Excuse was that they are short staffed. Charged me for an oil change. Told me I did not have the service maintenance package after my car was already in the bay being serviced.
