Got to be honest. Made a reservation 2 weeks prior at 7am. Just to do a check on a noise from front left suspension. At 5pm, still no word. I called and the guy who answered said the tech left no notes 7am. Just to do a check on a noise from front left suspension. At 5pm, still no word. I called and the guy who answered said the tech left no notes and didn't know and the tech went home. Why make a reservation if they aren't gonna do anything. I pressed him, he called his boss, found the jeep at another location. Found out the tech did some things to it, tighten some bolts but didn't know what was up and test drive it to see if fixed. Wanted me to hold over night. What? Make a reservation at 7am, no word, 6pm tell me they are not sure.....Horrible timing, service, communication. I came to pick it up as I needed to drive it. More
It was easy to make an appointment online. I needed an oil change and tire rotation and waited at the dealership. it was done in 90 minutes, Justin went over the inspection in detail. 90 minutes from turn-in to drive-out; inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Friendly service, clean area to work from while waiting, went over what they did and what will be needed at next visit. The guys were nice but not didn’t let me know when my car was ready, which cost me considerable time and money planning to get to/from work. Staff was informative and friendly. Explained what was being done and approximately how long it would take to complete. My only suggestion would be that they be more proactive with status of vehicle and r being done and approximately how long it would take to complete. Communication from the service area was terrible! I dropped off the Pacifica at 7:30 am on Wednesday morning and was told I would receive a call from the service representative later that day. At 4:30 dropped off the Pacifica at 7:30 am on Wednesday morning and was told I would receive a call from the service representative later that day. At 4:30 pm had not been contacted- tried to contact the service department- next to impossible. Finally connected and was told they couldn’t figure out the problem but that Simeon would call Thursday with more information. Of course the service representative did NOT call and the ridicules phone system had to be navigated again - it is extremely frustrating. The problem (auto on/ off) was fixed - I suspect the lack of service & responsiveness is tied to the fact the work was covered by warranty. The Pacifica sat there for 2 full work days - no communication initiated from the service representative Terrible customer service! More
I dealt with Matt and had a surprisingly great experience. Great service and pleasant surprise! Dealerships usually make me think I'm going to pay too much and leave unhappy.
