Arapahoe Jeep/Chrysler did a great job finding out what was wrong with my Jeep. Rex was kind and professional. The reason for the 4 star rating is because of the pricing. Rex did give me a little bit of a discount. He tried to make it a little better. I had a dead battery and it cost $477 to replace. That’s a huge chunk of change. At the time, I had no choice. I needed my jeep to get to work. I would return to Arapahoe Jeep/Chrysler but due to the pricing of repair cost, I may have to think twice before going to the dealer. More

Everyone needs to be on the same page regardless of the person who we're dealing with. Plus some type of compensation should be considered especially after having someone's vehicle for 2 months and then ha person who we're dealing with. Tried these guys because the agent on phone said they could get windshield warranty submitted when I brought it in for oil change/tire rotation $177. Got there and they said don’t deal with gorilla glas could get windshield warranty submitted when I brought it in for oil change/tire rotation $177. Got there and they said don’t deal with gorilla glass window warranty. Should have left them but I got the oil change, paid inflated cost and they left my car disassembled when I got my keys back. How could the guy that parked my car when it was supposedly finished not realize they didn’t put it back together? The filter was left out with my box disconnected in plain view. If they leave your car disassembled on an oil change just imagine what they are screwing up on bigger jobs. Definitely will not be returning. More
