This dealership is very accommodating with helping me service my Jeep. I’ve been to AutoNation a few times and I feel comfortable with letting them fix the issues on my Jeep. Unfortunately, my Grand Cherokee has had electrical problems since I bought it new from this dealer. 4 visits, 4 batteries, 2 battery sensors later and they still can't find the root cause of the prob problems since I bought it new from this dealer. 4 visits, 4 batteries, 2 battery sensors later and they still can't find the root cause of the problem. Service advisor is frustrated too; but I spent $50k on a new vehicle that does not work properly that does not seem to have a simple and easy fix. Hard for me to differentiate between the services depts quality for warranty repairs and the poor quality from Jeep. No transportation at dealer due to staffing issues, so I had to Uber back and forth. Also, its now spend a dozen nights in total in the shop with them and it's frustrating to be without a car so long. More
