Extremely poor service with the service department. Been in 3 times to fix some trim and it still is not correct. It has taken over 45 days and I always have to do the follow up. This dealership fixed my issue. However, there is definitely a difference in customer service when comparing other higher end dealerships and it shouldn't be that way. This dealership lacks in communication as I felt that I always had to call in to see what is going on with my Jeep instead of the other way around, being informed. A simple car wash goes a long way. The take a long time to answer the phone. They rush you through and they out in on their system mileage incorrectly. The car was set in Kilometers. Maybe you need to hire more mechanics and service reps? I wanted to call to explain they put in the wrong mileage in the paperwork but I do not want to be on hold for 20-30 minutes. Moreover; when you use the automated system for a call back, you never get a call back. Poor service and it seems nobody cares. Your employees are burned out and I don’t blame them. Please take care of your employees, hire more people and maybe pay them more? That’s your decision, but I am not satisfied. More

I wish it would not take so long to get into the dealer for service. More
