This dealership overbooks their appointments. I had an appt booked over a month in advance but when I dropped my car off, I was told my car was 30 in the que but if I didn’t drop my car & leave i I had an appt booked over a month in advance but when I dropped my car off, I was told my car was 30 in the que but if I didn’t drop my car & leave it on the lot, I’d lose my spot in line. My car sat for 2 weeks at the dealership until it was even looked at & repaired successfully. My issue w this dealership is their inability to appropriately schedule service appointments. Btw, this was my 2nd scheduled appt to repair this issue. I booked my 1st appt 4 weeks prior to this one but was told then that it’d be at least 10 days b4 it could be diagnosed. I was then told that if I booked an appt 3-4 weeks later that it’d allow them to catch up. I did exactly that but as mentioned, it was STILL 2 weeks backlog. They just keep booking appts without consideration of the appts already booked & cars waiting on the lot for service. No rental car offered anymore either. Shuttle service to/from dealership not offered any longer either. More

Because of their professionalism and honesty, I didn't mind coming back. KUDOS to both of them. Next time I purchase a vehicle, I will be coming to AutoNation. I brought my Jeep, to autonation jeep because my jeep had oil in my coolant reservoir and transmission issues on my 2019 Jeep Compass. I work at a Lincoln dealership down the street so I figured it was my be oil in my coolant reservoir and transmission issues on my 2019 Jeep Compass. I work at a Lincoln dealership down the street so I figured it was my best option. Me being in the automotive business I knew the problem with the oil in my coolant was because of a head gasket issue, I brought that to their attention and told them that was the cause of it, they decided to replace the thermostat even though there was nothing wrong with it. Thinking it would solve the issue. It did not solve the issue and when I went to pick up my vehicle 56 days later after no communication that they were waiting for parts to come in or what was happening with my vehicle. I picked it up and paid almost 500 dollars after my bumper to bumper warranty. Left the dealership missing my engine cover and my transmission not going into 3rd gear, my coolant reservoir was replaced and had oil back in it not even 2 days after I picked it up. Very disappointed with the service and the quality of work. I told them what needed to be done and everything was ignored. Then they tried to charge me over 500 dollars in labor to replace my battery’s. Before video and after pictures below. More
