My service person was great, I think his name was Benjamin! He showed me how to get my doors after he was checking me out. Had a horrible experience at autonation, no one never contacted me for a month after I dropped off my jeep, and when I finally contacted them they said they had left me a voice message but I never got an contacted me for a month after I dropped off my jeep, and when I finally contacted them they said they had left me a voice message but I never got any kind of message. Ben was the BEST service advisor. I went in for a recall issue and he and the team took the time to fix a check engine light issue while I was there! After being told they would need I went in for a recall issue and he and the team took the time to fix a check engine light issue while I was there! After being told they would need my vehicle for a minimum of 5-7 business days to fix the issue, they were able to fix it the next day in under 3 hours. They will definitely be getting my business from here on out. They put customer first. That's how you gain loyalty. More
