Jeep on Broadway has been servicing my Jeep Cherokee for the past 7 years. The only place I have taken my Jeep for service. I was quite surprised to find out about the backlog and couldn't get my jeep in f the past 7 years. The only place I have taken my Jeep for service. I was quite surprised to find out about the backlog and couldn't get my jeep in for three weeks (service transmission light on). What I heard was that there was generally a backlog at all Jeep locations. When I took in my vehicle, it sat for 4 days due to other major repairs. Fortunately, the diagnosis and subsequent repair/update was completed the next day, thanks to the great service technician who worked on my car. When I took my car in it was freshly washed. When it was returned to me it needed a wash (as it was out side for the 4 days and it rained). Brie did all she could to provide me with updates and progress. I'm sure she and everyone else was very busy. Due to the labor shortage just about everywhere, I can understand delays and waiting time for most businesses can't be avoided. More

I feel that the Service Advisor I talked to wasn't entirely honest with me. I have a Chrysler 200. The issue was an oil change. My car tells me when it's time to change the oil. He told me the window sticker said 22,000 miles or the first month of the new year. My car had 12,300 miles. He said I should change the oil and that the oil was bad after a year. I think he just wanted the sale. When my car was ready, he tried to tell me I should buy tires, too. Next time I will ask for someone else. This is where I bought my car and have it serviced. I have always been very happy with this dealership. I feel that some men take advantage of women. I have 4 free oil changes with the warranty package I bought. More
