I have a 2008 Jeep Liberty that when I purchased new from the dealership, I had a lifetime warranty from Mopar on the drive train. On Christmas day the engine blew, and a rod had gone through the engine bloc the dealership, I had a lifetime warranty from Mopar on the drive train. On Christmas day the engine blew, and a rod had gone through the engine block. I had it towed to the dealership 2 days later and told the service department I had the lifetime warranty. To my surprise they acknowledged indeed Mopar would replace my engine at no cost to me. Even after 14 years Mopar stood by their word. The only set back to my repair was the engine due to supply line problems took 5 months to get. So, I did buy a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and could not be happier and I feel secure buying from a car manufacturer I can trust. From my experience with Chrysler Jeep, I have recommended to my family and friends to buy Jeep and my whole family did buy Chrysler Jeep and Mopar vehicles. More

They are getting better with their service time. They fixed a part that they had broken in a previous service (I won't fault them because it was unintentional and not discovered until after the fact They fixed a part that they had broken in a previous service (I won't fault them because it was unintentional and not discovered until after the fact) and had me out the door sooner than expected. Receiving ordered parts on the other hand takes too long but I will hold the manufacturer responsible for that. The service department have always been nice and remained professional and respectful, even-though I haven't on occasion. More
