It is a very good dealership. It could improve on its customer communication. Ben is one of the best service techs I have seen. But, he is understaffed and does a super job. I had my Jeep towed to this dealership and it sat for 8 days, they did not even look at it and when I called, it would be another 4-5 days before they would take a look. I was renting a loaner and decided days, they did not even look at it and when I called, it would be another 4-5 days before they would take a look.
