Went in for regular service plus a recall repair. Had to leave the car but the team was flexible in pick up time frames. We haven't always had the smoothest sales process but the service is great! Madison was not very helpful, It took 2- trips in there to do a simple oil change and put 1- tire on. For the 2- trips this took about 5- hrs. Not very good service. In January I needed a thermostat. I had to schedule a recall appointment a few weeks out on a Tuesday. When I initially took the car in, they said the recalls would be addressed that day but that the other "service engine" problem would tak a Tuesday. When I initially took the car in, they said the recalls would be addressed that day but that the other "service engine" problem would take much longer because of their back-log of service work. However, that afternoon, I got a text informing me of the completed recall work and indicating what the service engine notification involved. A new thermostat after only 28,000 miles! Well, the good news was that they could order the part and have the car ready at the end of the week. When I said that I would need the car by mid-afternoon on Thursday, they were very accommodating and had the car ready when I need it. Other than the cost of the new part, I was very happy. Thanks.
