Arrived for a routine oil change. I was told it would be 60-75 minutes. I was there 2 hours & 45 minutes. Again, communication (full disclosure) on the delay would be greatly appreciated, They did not reset my oil meter. When I callled back, I was on hold for 10-12 minutes. I had to call back twice to get full instructions on how to clear the meter. After being there for 2.45 hr, I was told, come back and we will correct it. Really?? This was the worst experience I have had there. In the past, it has not been this bad. More

The dealer has gone downhill over CoVid. Months out for an appointment and a week out for diagnostic. Don't even start on parts delay. Sales and management are short staff or don't care. I have been going to this dealership for service a long time now. I'm usually happy with my experience. I'm not happy with my last visit. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. First time the service representative never discussed additional services with me. They even managed to bend a plastic mudflap. Very disappointing service vist. More
