Good service in person just don’t try and call for updates. Can’t reach anyone via phone. What about a text or email update on my car? Other dealerships do this and more (video) and it’s great. We found out that we scheduled our service appointment at the incorrect AutoNation location and were late arriving at the location we should have been at. AutoNation Broadway did not turn us away and honored the incorrect AutoNation location and were late arriving at the location we should have been at. AutoNation Broadway did not turn us away and honored our service appointment and got us taken care of! More
When my battery died, I called the dealership I had purchased the car from, and was told they could not get to it for 4 or 5 days as I did not have an appointment. Then I called AutoNation Chrysler Jee purchased the car from, and was told they could not get to it for 4 or 5 days as I did not have an appointment. Then I called AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway. The difference was like night and day. I got in and got help under warranty within a few hours. The staff was courteous and very friendly. Thank you to my service writer Jack and all the people who I didn't get to meet who worked on my car. More
The service here is appalling! Third visit for the same issue. First was Autonation on Arapahoe. Waited six weeks for an appointment. They took my jeep for three days and “tightened everything up” which did not fix the knocking when I turned. Then tried Broadway. Six more weeks for an appointment. Left my jeep for three days and they heard the problem but could not fix it. I needed my car back. Brought it in for a second time for the same issue. Told it would be 3 days before they looked at it. I refused if they could not provide me a loaner. They scheduled me another appointment a month out with a loaner. In the time it took to get to that appointment I took apart my jeep and I think I fixed the problem myself. When I showed up for my appointment (I also had my last paid oil change scheduled) they could not find record of my appointment. Brianna later told me that my ticket was still open and that she had a loaner for me. I cannot be sure if this is true or not since I did not use the service. Scheduling service should not be this hard. A reputable business would be able to look at your vehicle on the day of the appointment. Why have appointments otherwise? More
