I scheduled an appointment, dropped my Renegade off and was told it would be at least two days before they could even look at it. They had my Renegade for over a month, I had to call weekly to find out wh was told it would be at least two days before they could even look at it. Very frustrating that I had to keep calling them to find out what was going on and it took so long. Of course it wasn't an inexpensive fix for the passive entry system idiot light that was on. They've done work on my Renegade before, this is the first not good review. More

I dropped my car off the night before my scheduled appointment. It was not seen for a full 24 hours after my scheduled appointment. Once seen though they identified all the problems and issues. Ben did a wonderful job. He called me to ask if I wanted to also include my 30,000 mile check up since I only had another thousand miles before I reached 30,000 miles.
