This review is mainly focused on my overall experience not the actual collision repair. Going to the dealer I expected top quality repair done right that looked great, and they did a great job. This repair was related to hail, and we had my wife’s vehicle done at a different location and the customer service was crap, so I was mentally prepared for disappointment. To my surprise, from the first call with DeMarcus it was some of the best customer experience ever. He was totally transparent when setting expectations , knowing there could be parts delays and changes due to PDR. DeMarcus called and proactively provided updates on progress, if any of my asks tied to more aggressive timeline we’re not possible he told me and never set a false sense of hope. The work was completed in the timeline as promised and the collision repair experience was as pleasant as possible since no one wants to have a need for it. I highly recommend AnitoNation Collision 100% based on my experience with DeMarcus! More

If I would measure only what was done I would give 5 stars. Communication was good, got updates and clear status about the car. everything that was done was perfect. fender replacement, headlight stars. The problem I had was with what wasn't done. Since day 1 I informed my Rim was affected by the accident. My car was drivable and I was able to feel (like unbalanced) wheel after the accident. BMW informed me that tested my rim in a balancer and found nothing. I took my car after fix my fender etc. And the vibration was there. I got my car to discount tire and discovered I had a bad bent and cracked rim. I had to fix the issue, how can I drive a car with a cracked rim. I did and now the insurance don't want to pay me back. All this could be avoided if BMW had done its work correctly. I was able to easily see the bent in the machine as the crack. They had 30 days to check my rim and nothing was done on it. More

My F150 was involved in an accident that caused a good bit of cosmetic damage. I'm VERY picky and ALL of the bodywork was excellent-it came back 100% as good as it was the day I bought it.
