AutoNation Collision Center Corpus Christi repaired my elderly mother’s vehicle nearly three months ago. During the repair, their team damaged a window door trim piece and acknowledged they would replace elderly mother’s vehicle nearly three months ago. During the repair, their team damaged a window door trim piece and acknowledged they would replace it the following week. We were told by the representative, Max Robledo, that he would notify us as soon as the part arrived. Since August, my mother, my brother, and I have each called multiple times requesting an update. We have not received a single returned call from Max. Last week, I attempted to escalate the issue to Collision Director Jerry Labrador. The receptionist assured me she would deliver the message immediately because both individuals were “in meetings.” As of today, Jerry has also not returned my call. All we need is for the collision center to finish the repair — a trim piece that AutoNation damaged themselves. Instead, we’ve experienced three months of silence and no accountability from either the representative or management. This has been extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. Based on our experience with communication and follow-up, I cannot recommend AutoNation Collision Center Corpus Christi. More

I selected this particular collision repair facility for two primary reasons. 1. I wanted a dealership repair shop to be focused on Honda quality repairs & replacement parts. 2. Do not use these people, they lied to me and cheated me. I took my car in last tbursday. On Friday I told Max not to do anything further as I found out I had to leave town asap. No word on Friday. I drive over on Saturday and they had only removed the tail lights and I took a photo. The service people were off, but Roland showed me my car. I reiterated to Roland, no further work was to be done on my car. When I went to pick up my car, they had done further work without my ok and charged me almost $300.00. I showed Max the photo of my car on Saturday. He told me service people sometimes are there on Saturday. Thete was no one there and Roland verified they are not in on Saturday. I had to pay for unauthorized work on my car to retrieve it. If you want to be cheated and lied to, go to Auto Nation Corpus Christi. More
