Terrible experience. They changed the time my truck was supposed to be finished four different times. It took over 40 days to get back. When I did finally get it back it They changed the time my truck was supposed to be finished four different times. It took over 40 days to get back. When I did finally get it back it still wasn’t fully fixed. My head unit was not working and alignment was way out of line. The mechanic said he ran a diagnostic for the head unit and didn’t find anything wrong so left it alone. Who does that??? It clearly wasn’t working. He said he checked the fuses which was a lie because when I took it to a local shop near me they said two fuses were blown from a grounded wire. They fixed it quick and easy. They also did my alignment for me. I’ll never go back to your collision center for anything and am informing everyone I know to avoid you if they find themselves in an accident More

Michael Fitzgerald never returned any of my 4 messages over the 3.5 months they kept my vehicle. I spent $8000.00 in car rentals and was reimbursed $3500.00 from my insurance. Workmanship is very unacceptable. The sideview mirrors electronic system was returned damaged: one window not working, and the lights that indicate D for driving is not working. I have to file another claim because of the damage of the side view mirrors. It appears there is NO accountability for AutoNation Collision Shops. I have to review my next steps on how to file another complaint with their AutoNation Collision Shop. More

They took way too long to finish my car and didn't even do the work correctly the 1st time. They also put the incorrect badge on my car and told me they would reach out when the correct one showed up and n do the work correctly the 1st time. The service advisor just straight up lied to me so I had to speak with the manager the whole time and was passed around between them. Still waiting for a call back from a manager to help me with the badge and haven't heard anything for a week now. More
