I took my car in to get an estimate on body damage. They took pictures of damage and would shortly get back to me. Shortly? I have several calls to Arapahoe Dealer on Arap Road, no return calls, at They took pictures of damage and would shortly get back to me. Shortly? I have several calls to Arapahoe Dealer on Arap Road, no return calls, at least six calls to the on site collision center representative who took the pics and no return calls, and at least a dozen calls to the actual colision center with only one respons "we'll get back to you" and they didn't. This is the worst service and one can't elevate a problem because no one at the collison center answers inquiries. This has been going on for four weeks just to get an estimate, how long would a repair take. If this place wasn't so convenient to where I work I would go elsewhere More

Lydia made the whole process so simple and enjoyable. The insurance had given us an estimate based on pictures but it was not enough.
