I took my car in to get an estimate on body damage. They took pictures of damage and would shortly get back to me. Shortly? I have several calls to Arapahoe Dealer on Arap Road, no return calls, at They took pictures of damage and would shortly get back to me. Shortly? I have several calls to Arapahoe Dealer on Arap Road, no return calls, at least six calls to the on site collision center representative who took the pics and no return calls, and at least a dozen calls to the actual colision center with only one respons "we'll get back to you" and they didn't. This is the worst service and one can't elevate a problem because no one at the collison center answers inquiries. This has been going on for four weeks just to get an estimate, how long would a repair take. If this place wasn't so convenient to where I work I would go elsewhere More

Lydia made the whole process so simple and enjoyable. The insurance had given us an estimate based on pictures but it was not enough. I was concerned I would not be able to fix my car but Lydia took over and insurance had given us an estimate based on pictures but it was not enough. I had to have a portion of the car repainted due to an issue with the original paint from Toyota. I also decided to get a damaged bumper replaced. Lydia- my contact at Auto Nation Toyota on Arapahoe was issue with the original paint from Toyota. I also decided to get a damaged bumper replaced. Lydia- my contact at Auto Nation Toyota on Arapahoe was fabulous from the start. She explained the process and called me through out. Mike at the actual collision center in North Denver was equally fabulous-letting me know what stages the car was in. Mike and Lydia took my concern on cost and labor to heart regarding the bumper. I was pleased to hear the final cost for this item was much less than I feared. When I got my car back-My jaw dropped. My 2014 Camry looked almost brand new. Thank you Lydia Cordova and Mike!!! Your expertise in getting this project done is part of the reason I love my Camry so much. More
