The collision service on my car was done excellently. There was more damage underneath than we expected, and after waiting for the rest of the parts to come in, everything moved quickly. Once I got my car back, everything looked just as it did when I drove off the showroom with it. They repaired the body work, however neglected to fully inspect my car mechanical. They did not complete all of the damages. I ended up bringing my car to the Lexus Dealership to have the work completed. V inspect my car mechanical. They did not complete all of the damages. I would not bring my car back to this location or recommend to anyone. They were very lazy in their effort to provide excellent customer service and completing the work. I have zero confidence in their management specifically Pete when it comes safety. Pete was dismissive and lack any integrity. He not only implied that I have a cheap vehicle but also made me wait an entire week later to speak with Sharon who ultimately ended consulting with Pete regarding my concerns. More
