My experience with Auto Nation body shop was not pleasant or professional at all. I purchased three cars from this dealership and this encounter definitely let me know that I would never patronize them in a or professional at all. I fought against my insurance company and forced my dealership to be the agent for repairing my vehicle much to my dismay. The communication, authenticity of delivery for service/parts and the reliabilty was horrible. My car sat in the warehouse collecting dust for close to two months with every excuse you can fathom without any proactive measures being exercised. Dates of completion were constantly changed, numerous call backs not answered and the constant rental car extensions requested from Avis and paid for by me due to negligence and misinformation totaled over one thousand dollars in out of pocket fees. The lack of concern, rudeness and the take it or leave it attitude was astounding and unmerited. I would not refer anyone to endure the experience I had or the lack of professionalism displayed during this challenging time for myself and my family. Never again will I go against my insurance company to patronize a company that has no regard for my business or finances. More

I had to return a for them to fix what they’d already repaired. They said they had done an alignment and my truck was still going to one side. They also damaged the buttons on the back of my steering whe repaired. They said they had done an alignment and my truck was still going to one side. They also damaged the buttons on the back of my steering wheel and refused to fix that issue. Stating they weren’t sure if it was their guys or not that did it. Wanted me to pay $200 for a diagnostic check. The manager is rude and even suggested I commit ins fraud by saying my own hands/fingers damaged my buttons. More
The repairs to my vehicle were excellent and completed as promised. Great staff, especially Josh Redd, the Collision Estimator. He appears to be the guy who has all the answers and the person who keeps thing promised. Great staff, especially Josh Redd, the Collision Estimator.
